Returns and Exchanges
Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of you receiving the item. Return shipping is the responsibility of the customer, however, if you're making an exchange, all shipping will be free. We try our best to provide thorough and precise product information, including color and size, and encourage our customers to read the product description and size guide carefully before ordering.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.
How to request a return
You can initiate a return by 1) logging in to your customer account here, and 2) clicking on Orders, then the Request Return button. You won't need to sign up for an account. Just click on the customer account link above, and follow the prompts.
If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we do not accept returns on gift cards.
European Union 14 day cooling off period
Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund has been approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

Exchanges
Only U.S. orders are eligible for exchanges. Each returning item included in your exchange request must meet the return eligibility requirements stated above.
You may request an exchange of a purchased item for a different size or color, but the exchanging item must be of the same product as the returning item. For example, you may not exchange a plain t-shirt for a graphic t-shirt, or exchange an organic cotton t-shirt for a recycled cotton t-shirt or for a sweatshirt, hat, etc.
How to request an exchange
Initiate a return request as instructed above and indicate that you would like to exchange the returning item for a different size/color in the Note field on the return request page and specify the size/color. All exchange shipping is free.
